Q. What is our return policy?
Most buy direct and deep-discount retailers have an "all sales are final" approach to customer returns. At Merchandizer Direct.com, we offer you the option of returning items that don't meet your needs. Here is our return policy:

Q. Time Limitations
A1. You have up to 20 days after the Merchandizer Direct ship date to initiate your return.
A2. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date.
A3. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return.
A4. We will ship late items back to you..
A5. If your order is shipped direct from the vendor you still go thru us on returns and we will take care of it for you. Less hassle for you.
Q. Receiving your Refund
A1. Please allow 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit.
A2. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges.
A3. If you paid for your order using PayPal, your refund will be issued as an in-store credit.
Q. Fees
A1. We charge a $4.95 handling fee for each returned item.
A2. We charge a 15% restocking fee (instead of the $4.95 handling fee) on all returned items from the Electronics & Computers department.
Q. Condition of Items
A1. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, .manuals, all accessories, and security seal, shrink wrap for Books, Music, & Video products.
A2. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner.
A3. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Merchandizer Direct <
