Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?
A1. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 7-10 business days from the ship date.
A2. Most items leave our warehouse or the vendors warehouse within two business days after you place your order.
Items that require truck delivery may take longer to process. However most truck orders delivery within 3 to 4 weeks.
A3. As soon as an order ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number.

Q. Do you ship and/or the vendor ship to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO Address? Yes
A1. Items being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii may take 4 to 6 weeks from the ship date to complete delivery.
A2. Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 7-10 business days and final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
A3. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight.
A4. Carrier restrictions may prevent selected items from being deliverable to destinations within Hawaii and Alaska.
A5. Not all items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii can't be tracked and may take as long as 20 business days for delivery.

Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A1. Yes! Please keep in mind It may take as long as 20 business days to complete delivery.

Q. How are large items that can't ship small package carrier shipped?
A1. Items that are to large to ship small package carrier are required to be shipped via Truck & can take up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Very Large items like furniture may require 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

A1. If you have waited 14 business days for normal delivery and have not received you order, please contact our Customer Service Department or call us
